We recommend hand washing with cold water and a gentle detergent. Allow to soak in sudsy water for about 3-5 minutes. DO NOT wring or twist your turban as it will cause it to lose its shape. Once washed, lay flat to dry. Alternatively, wash on a delicate cycle in your washing machine.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations after an order has been placed as our fulfillment system is set up to immediately process and push orders out once placed.

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our "last chance to buy" sale items. Please see returns in our shipping and delivery page.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the delivery services which may affect your order. Please email us at hello@joyscrown.co.uk if your order has not arrived past the expected delivery date so we can investigate further.
